    Ocean Beach Kiwanis Club and the Ocean Beach Recreation Center proudly host the 62nd Annual Ocean Beach Kite Festival on Saturday, March 6, 2010. Kite building will take place at the OB Rec. Center from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Prizes will be given out to the best decorated kites. Then join us at 2:00 is as we form a parade to the beach to fly our kites. Food, Vendors, Craft Fair, Music, and of course Kite Flying fun for all.
